RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We love and stand by our mugs, and we think you will too. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, please contact us, and we'll get you taken care of.

We only offer refunds/exchanges on misprinted, damaged or defective items. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been received. Please provide photos of misprint/damage/defect for our record and we'll make things right.

For lost packages, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Any claims that are an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

If 21 days have gone by since receipt of purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. That said, please contact us anyway, we reserve the right to make a case-by-case decision.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Please allow 5-10 business days after we issue the refund for your bank or credit card to process the funds.

SHIPPING

Our mugs are all specially printed for each customer, and we do our best to fulfill and send orders as quickly as possible. This may limit our ability to add items to your order or stop a package from shipping.

We take about 2-5 business days to prepare your mug. Then you should add shipping times on top of that

Our supplier ships 97.66% of our orders within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery for orders within the USA, and 10-20 business days for international orders. You can follow your shipment with the provided tracking information sent to your email or in your OG mugs user account. The previous timetables are estimations from our couriers and some shipments may take longer.
